Silazanes Tetramethyldisilazane

SiVance Tetramethyldisilazane is a disilazane with silicon hydride functionality on each of the two silicon atoms.

Tetramethyldisilazane is an effective silyl-capping agent. It also provides the reactive silicon-hydride site. It commonly used in coating formulations.  It useful for preparing reactive intermediates of certain types of alcohols.
