Siloxanes MHD25MH

SiVance MHD25MH is a hydride terminated silicone fluid.

MHD25MH is primarily used as a chain extender in addition cure silicone elastomers. The products is used in conjunction with crosslinking hydrides to increase elongation and tear strength and lower durometer.

MHD25MH can also be used as a reactive intermediate to make ABA organo-modified silicones via hydrosilations. Functional groups normally attached in this way include allyl terminated polyethylene or polypropylene glycols, amines, and epoxies.
