Siloxanes Aminopropyl PDMS-10
SiVance Aminopropyl PDMS-10 is a difunctional aminopropyl terminated linear siloxane, also known as 1,3-bis(3-aminopropyl)polydimethylsiloxane.
Aminopropyl PDMS-10 is commonly used to modify organic polymer systems to introduce silicone properties such as improved processing, surface modification, or altered mechanical properties.
Modified amino-functional silicones are also used in the personal care market as hair and skin care ingredients and in automotive and furniture polishes. Benefits include high gloss, spreading and water repellency.
Additional end applications include flame retardants in resin systems, toner resins in imaging systems, adhesives in photosensitive layer and wireboard electronic applications.
