Milliken Chemical quality

Milliken Chemical is committed to customer service and to the high quality and reliable supply of our products. Since 1991, our quality management system has been registered to ISO 9001. We are past winners of: the Malcolm Baldridge Quality Award, European Quality Award, Canadian Quality Award, and the TQM Prize for Total Productive Maintenance by the Japanese Institute of Plant Maintenance. We have been recognized annually by Ethisphere magazine as one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies since 2007.

Our product(s) are manufactured in Milliken locations to specifications by trained associates, operating processes that have been designed and built for the chemical technology they produce. All products are tested with capable measurement systems by dedicated Quality Control Technicians.

We manage all aspects of operations with the Milliken Performance System (MPS), a pillar based management system. As a global manufacturing company with tens of thousands of customers, we receive requests on a regular basis to agree to various customer policies and complete numerous questionnaires.  While agreeing to the myriad of nuances in such policies would be a logistical impossibility, we can instead confirm that our products are sold with the limited warranties set forth in our terms and conditions of sale, and in accordance with any specifications, we may have agreed to in a written document.
