Tell us a bit about your role at Milliken, what does it involve?
"I've been with Milliken for a year, based in Shanghai. I work in the chemical supply chain department as a customer representative. I’m responsible for handling sales orders, monitoring payments, dealing with customers’ challenges and anything else that falls on my desk. I love my daily dealings with people!"

What do you like most about your position?
"As a company I feel Milliken really encourages employees to be involved, it provides an open platform to share ideas and to contribute to company processes and growth. People are really willing to listen and adopt your ideas if they are reasonable."

What is your favorite Milliken Chemical memory?
"Whilst we aren’t in the United States it was amazing that Milliken served us turkey on Thanksgiving. This felt special and gave us the opportunity to celebrate here in Shanghai as a team!"

"I'm most proud of Milliken's products. The company puts a lot of emphasis on R&D and this is reflected in what we offer to customers. Our products are high tech and won’t be easily replaced by competitors."
